Service

home design is intimate, and a good relationship between designer and client is paramount! we want to help aleviate stress and be sure we will work well together in these avenues:

  • Aligned design.

  • Open communication.

  • Shared vision.

  • Scope of project.

  • Trust.

01. Aligned design

Being sure we start on the same page stylistically is crucial. Each project is as unique as the person who owns it, but we have a signature style that we strive to stay true to- and that’s why (we hope) you’re coming to us!

02.Open communication

There are many moving pieces in home design, and we want to keep lines of communication open throughout the process. There’s no such thing as over-communicating, but under-communicating is a thing and it’s bad. Our preferred method of communication is email, which provides space to find the answers to questions, respond when available, or have our clients ask questions that they think of outside of business hours.

03. shared vision

Having a shared vision, meaning a desire to achieve a common goal, will be the fuel moving the project forward and keeping the momentum positive. Shared vision is the north star.

04. Scope of Project

A mutual understanding of the project’s scope is the cornerstone of the entire endeavor. Understanding the scope of our responsibility from the start will ensure that we are able to deliver what’s expected. Things shift, ideas develop, inspiration changes. If there are rooms or products or designs that are added to the original agreement during the duration, the timeline for completion and the cost of the project will be reassessed before moving forward.

05. trust

Lastly, we need to have our client’s trust. We’re here to give you the most beautiful, glorious space our client could ask for, and sometimes they’ll question our means, but there’s a reason people come to us- we ask that our clients trust the process. It’ll be worth it, promise!
